QT Newcastle

Exceptional customer service. If you looking for somewhere to stay in Newcastle QT Hotels & Resorts is the place to be. My partner's flight has been delayed by 4hrs and I told the lovely receptionist Cherie that I would need to leave at 8pm to pick him up from Sydney so wouldn't be back until 1:30am because he will miss the last train. This was supposed to be a special night for the two of us. Feeling my disappointment Cherie made my night so much better. Not only did Cherie give me a 1pm checkout she upgraded my room to the Deluxe King Room so i could have a bath. Awesome customer service from Cherie on reception - she's the best! Enjoying the bath like a pig in mud. Breakfast was great, coffee perfect and Catherine the front office manager made sure our stay was perfect! The room amazing! Every staff member made us feel welcomed. Not one negative thing to say. It's this sort of personal customer service that will ensure we return again and again.anyone considering this hotel do it - you won't be disappointed.

QT Newcastle is a beautiful boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed and very modern. Joe greeted us and helped with the check-in, was so nice and a fountain of knowledge about Newcastle. Location is amazing with plenty of things to see and places to eat. We always stay in the hunter valley or Sydney, this was a welcome change. Do yourself a favour and try QT Newcastle.

Great hotel in the perfect spot, the staff have been amazing. The hotel is brand new and well looked after. The only downside is the car park can’t be accessed via the hotel and getting in and out can be a pain. Other than that this hotel is amazing 5/5. Would recommend staying here and it will be our new go too when visiting Newcastle.
